She leads the Metaverse Pre-Onboarding initiative for BCG Central Europe, where she has successfully implemented a groundbreaking virtual reality (VR) onboarding program that has received overwhelmingly positive feedback. This innovative program immerses new employees in BCG's culture and values before their first day, setting a new standard for employee onboarding. Minh is deeply committed to advancing L&D through solutions that enhance engagement and effectiveness.

Veronika is a Head of Learning for the Reckitt Marketing Academy where she transitioned after 12 years of brand-building across health, beauty and FMCG brands.
Now Veronika is on a mission to unlock the edge of Reckitt marketers. Veronika’s own journey to the Academy has been fuelled with an unrelenting passion for developing people from building high performing teams, becoming a guest speaker to MBA students, and mentoring women.
